1,2,3 Bean Bags

Here is one of my projects completed!!!! My number bean bags, I love them so much I am going to do another batch. I would recommend using "felt" as it worked the best!!!!


 

I am absolutely loving summer!!! I have created a wish list, when I have completed some of my "wishes" I will post!

Chickies

We have chickies in our Kindy class! We were so lucky to have a parent donate eggs and an incubator for us to watch the hatching process. I wish I could take them all home!!!!

A Little Bit of Music in Me

I love to use recycled materials and my students LOVE to make music/noise. So I decided to one day make maracas. Visit Kinder Art for more ideas.

What you need:
-500ml water bottle
-toilet paper roll
-funky duck tape
-beads, beans, sparkles, stickers, corn, rice and any other sound items

Steps.
1. Fill water bottle with sound items of your choice, sparkles are a must!!!!
2. Cut a vertical line all the way through the toilet paper roll
3. Wrap the toilet paper roll around the lid of the water bottle, the cut out, helps it to form tighter around the water bottle. (make it small and tight)
4. Use funky duck tape to hold the toilet paper roll onto the water bottle

Have fun making your maracas, we sure did!!!!
